Mast Normal Retailer purchased the 64,000-square-foot T-shaped property on Commerce, Fifth and Cherry streets, and can function the constructing by a joint partnership with US Growth and Mashburn Building of Columbia, S.C.
Metropolis Plaza LLC, which is owned by the principals of US Growth and Mashburn Building, will personal the residences.
The Winston-Salem Metropolis Council accepted a $1.27 million incentive package deal for the mission in September 2012.
